Lily went above and beyond to get my property sold. With the selling market as bad as it is, I’m not sure that the property would have sold at all without a special effort like the one she put in. Some examples: She navigated directly with my HOA to accommodate a new entry system that was installed on the same day that we did the key handover; later on, there was a vehicle tag that we also needed to hand over, but instead of having me drive it to the property (I live an hour away), she arranged to have it picked up from me at my convenience; we had a buyer back out of a deal and she helped me navigate that quickly; she accommodated a very challenging buyer that required a lot of extra attention; I initially declined the buyer’s offer, but changed my mind later and Lily was able to get back in touch with their agent to revive the deal. Finally, she was consistent with marketing the property through a full 6 months with fair guidance on how we could adjust pricing, without being too aggressive just to rush to a sale. I feel as though Lily helped me get the best sale price in this current market, so I’m very appreciative of her efforts and would love to work with her again.
